Outlook publishes an article titled "The Throneless"

Just wanted to put up a link to the latest cover story of Outlook on sanitation in India. It is appropriately called "The Throneless." Also, accept our apologies for the lack of blog posts this week. The team is in the field piloting questionnaires for our upcoming sanitation behavior survey. Thank heavens for Google's Hindi typing program! More soon...in the meantime here's the photo from the Outlook story. It's of police officers in Ranchi waiting to use the toilet in the morning. Kudos to them for waiting in line...but maybe it's time to build some more toilets?
